Studentis Group is a media company that builds links between young people, companies and organisations. Our focus is on university students, secondary school students and gamers as well as individuals whom have completed academic studies, referred to as young professionals or early-career professionals (ECPs).

Studentis was founded to support companies that want to extend their reach into their target population and to strengthen contacts to win future customers and employees.

Studentis in its present form was created after a merger between Abovo AB, Student.se and MVGPlus.com. In July of 2006 the new company was launched.

Studentis is a privately owned organisation, owned by its management and investors who have strong experience in the media, recruitment, social community, consumer goods and technology industries.

	Gunnar Mårtensson, Chairman Entrepreneur with over 30 years of extensive experience in Business Development and Merger and Acquisition in the IT sector. Former Chairman of Lunarworks, the owner of Lunarstorm. Former board member of TurnIT AB, (1996 – 2000). Built and brought TurnIT to the Stockholm Stock Exchange Attract 40 list.
	Andreas Swahn, Managing Director Founder and Director of Abovo Group SA and EasyChange Group SA. Previously Partner EMDS Group SA, Brussels; Managing Director EMDS in Stockholm, London, Singapore and Hong Kong. Entrepreneur with recruitment background. M. Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, KTH and Executive Program in Growth Management at KTH Executive School.
	Vilhelm Schottenius Former Managing Director, co-founder and main chairholder of Lunarworks (Lunarstorm), Co-founder and main chairholder of Björn Borg AB, board member of Handelsbanken Varberg, Koll.se, Reseguiden.se, Procurator and Crossroads Loyalty Solution.
	Robert Eriksson Partner and Advisor of EasyChange Group SA. Managing director of Serecco Ltd., with focus on large scale system architectures. Former Manager of Accenture's Global Architecture & Core Technology arm in Sophia Antipolis, France. IT & Telecom Background from Linköping University.
